Our teams oversee the complete receiving process, from unloading and verification to system updates and quality check coordination based on customer SOPs. Materials are then placed into appropriate storage zones, with complete batch and lot traceability. Every step is designed to ensure that the right stock is identified, recorded and made available for production without delay.

A reliable line-feeding mechanism is essential for uninterrupted manufacturing. Our in-plant teams work closely with production planners to anticipate material requirements and supply components to the line through well-structured Just-in-time (JIT), Just-in-case (JIS) or Kanban-based processes. Materials are staged systematically, quantities are monitored continuously, and replenishment is planned to prevent shortages. This ensures zero disruption, minimal idle time and smooth synchronisation between logistics and production.

WIP management requires both speed and accuracy. FM Logistic Vietnam ensures that WIP inventory flows smoothly from one process to the next with full traceability and documentation. Leveraging WMS-linked scanning and digital reconciliation, our teams maintain accurate records of semi-finished goods across every stage. WIP items are stored in designated buffer zones and moved in line with Turn-around-time (TAT) and production sequencing. This visibility helps reduce bottlenecks and maintain consistent throughput throughout the production cycle.

In addition to core in-plant logistics, FM Logistic Vietnam offers value-added services such as kitting, sub-assembly, repacking, labelling and barcoding, all executed within the plant. These activities are managed with strict adherence to customer quality standards and GMP-based procedures where applicable. By bringing these operations closer to the production line, we shorten turnaround times, improve accuracy and support customisation needs without impacting production schedules.

The movement of finished products is managed with the same precision as inbound material. Our teams coordinate the timely picking per order, transfer of finished goods to outbound staging areas, update systems for traceability, and ensure that products are ready for dispatch as per customer shipping schedules. This integrated approach ensures smooth transitions from production to warehouse or transport, reducing backlog and enhancing dispatch responsiveness.

Returnable packaging plays a critical role in manufacturing efficiency and cost control. We manage the entire lifecycle of returnable packaging, from tracking and rotation to cleaning and sorting. Our teams ensure that packaging assets are always available in the right condition and quantity, preventing delays and reducing losses.

Technology is at the core of our in-plant operations. We integrate seamlessly with customer ERPs, MES platforms and WMS environments to offer real-time visibility across all material touchpoints. Barcode and RFID tools enhance accuracy, while digital dashboards provide automated reporting, traceability and KPI tracking.
